Registration  

The registration desk will open at 8:30 am, Oct 21, outside the South Ballroom of the UA Student Union (3rd floor)

On-site registration: 
$80 (regular)
$40 (student)
$55 (retiree, HS teacher). 
Cash or Check only.

The registration fee covers the lunch on Fri. Oct. 21.

Oct. 21 Friday Banquet: $20

STUDENT TRAVEL GRANTS ARE AVAILABLE, APPLY HERE.

Oral presentations

Contributed talks will be 10 minutes + 2 minutes for questions. 

Presentation rooms are equipped with projectors and computers (Windows) that  accept files only in PowerPoint and PDF format. Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick for uploading on to conference computers well ahead of your session. 

Poster presentations

The poster session is from 4:30‐6:30 pm on Friday in the UA Student Union, Tucson and Catalina rooms. Presenters can start putting up posters after 3:30 pm.  Posters cannot be larger than 4 ft x 4 ft.

Special rates are available at the 4 Points Sheraton and the Tucson Marriot University Park (group code: phyphya), both at walking distance.
