[Sessions] [Overall Time Table]

The information on this page is preliminary, especially concerning the session agendas. Please check back frequently for updates!

The workshop is organized into full morning and afternoon sessions on Monday, December 20, and Tuesday, December 21. These are preceded by a half-day software tutorial on Sunday, December 19, in the afternoon.

Session Organization

The workshop sessions are defined by three very general subjects. In the System Performance session (Session I) topics related to individual or combined detector performances are discussed. Session II is the Physics Performance session, which provides the principal forum for Standard Model physics performance discussions. Session III then covers Discovery Physics including Higgs and SUSY searches, for example. The workshop is finally summarized in the Physics Analysis Model Discussion Session on Tuesday afternoon.

Session I, II and III are the main working sessions of this meeting. They are organized by two Session Organizers each, who are mainly responsible for the agenda. In addition they will provide a brief introduction at the beginning of the session, and possibly a brief summary at the end. A small body of "wise persons" has been attached to each session in addition to provide reflections on the material presented and discussed, and follow-up on individual projects after the workshop. The wise persons will summarize their impressions and recommendations in the Physics Analysis Model discussion session on Tuesday 3:20pm to 6:00pm. See here for more details on the specific charge to the wise persons.

You should contact the session organizers directly if you like to present or discuss something in the corresponding session (click on appropriate names). Also, the wise persons can be contacted in the same fashion.
