Charge to the Wise Persons:
- Work together with the session organizers in establishing a coherent agenda for the Tucson workshop;
- Identify areas where US and Canadian physicists are doing work that will lead to results that can be presented at Rome;
- Evaluate the probability of success and identify possible failure modes by critically analyzing the ongoing work and
suggest possible directions to strengthen these analysis efforts;
- Identify new people and efforts that can join; focus on areas where they can make a contribution in time for Rome.
During the Closeout Session in Tucson and beyond:
- Present your findings and engage the community in a discussion to establish action items that ensure follow-up;
- Follow up with these new people during the workshop or before the February 2005 ATLAS week to see if they are active and,
if not, determine why this is the case.
