Contributors should already have received an "invitation to submit" from the PoS system. If you have not yet received such an invitation, please contact one of the editors by email (see below). The invitation to submit specifies a username and password which you will need to upload your contribution. Once you log on, you will gain access to the zip file containing the LaTeX style you need, as well as other files. The invitation to submit also includes a skeleton file that you should use to create your submission.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, September 29, 2006.
