Registration
The conference fee will be $550 if paid before June 15, and $600 if paid after June 15. Since the conference is in a hotel somewhat outside the city of Tucson, we have arranged for meals at the hotel during the conference. The conference fee includes all program activities, excursions to Old Tucson Studios and the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, continental breakfasts and lunches during the conference, and dinner at the hotel on Thursday night. This registration fee is not tax deductible.

The companion fee for the conference is $240. This fee includes the opening reception, excursions to Old Tucson and the Desert Museum, and dinner at the hotel on Thursday night.

If you must cancel your registration before June 15, the conference fee will be refunded except for a $100 processing fee. After June 15, we will be unable to give refunds.

Hotel reservations

The Lattice-06 rate for the Starr Pass Hotel is $72/night. With taxes, this comes to about $83/night. You can make a hotel reservation by calling the hotel directly at 888-527-8989. Be sure to mention that you are with the International Symposium / Lattice-06 conference. Reservations requested at this time are on a space available basis and may not be available at the discounted group rate. If available, the group discounted rate is offered three days prior to and three days after the conference dates.

Abstract deadline

The deadline for abstract submission is June 15.

Special Needs

In the "demographics" page of the registration server there is a box labelled "Special Needs". Please use this box to let us know about dietary restrictions or other special needs you might have.

If you need a letter of invitation to the symposium, either to apply for funding or to apply for a visa, please email us at lattice06@physics.arizona.edu . Be sure to include your full address and institutional affiliation, the dates you expect to be in Tucson and the title of your presentation or poster, if applicable.
