Outreach
Because physics is often regarded as foreign or out-of-reach to many people regardless of age, the Physics department recognizes a responsibility to present physics to many different groups outside of the University community.
The department strives to provide meaningful scientific experiences to various community groups, and to participate in science teaching and learning at the elementary and high school levels.
