Registration and hotel reservation must be made through Complete Conference Coordinators.  Hotel reservations should be made by September 16, 2003 in order to obtain the discounted rate. Early registration ends on August 27, 2003 (note that this is approximately eight weeks after the  abstracts are due). Late registration ends on October 22, 2003. Registration costs for the meeting for members, non-members, and students are, respectively, Early (by Aug. 27):  $140, $300, $70 Late  (Aug. 28-Oct. 22):  $190, $350, $85 On-site: $240, $400, $100 Each workshop registration is Early (by Aug. 27):  $35 Late  (Aug. 28-Oct. 22):  $50 On-site: $65 A banquet will be held at Old Tucson Movie Studios on Friday evening at an additional cost of $50. The fee includes bus transportation to Old Tucson from the Marriott and back, and access to  Old Tucson's recreational activities.
