I have had many unique teaching opportunities during my career.
During this time, my teaching skill set has grown tremendously and my philosophical views on education have evolved.
I grew greatly as a teacher working in an inner-city environment, but decided to pursue an advanced degree in order to have greater influence in education advancement.
I have enjoyed teaching talented and gifted students at the
University of Rochester: lecturing my own Calc-based Physics and mentoring Quantum Mechanics.
At the University of Arizona, I have taught E&M labs even writing my own 300 page lab manual, mentored and administered the summer REU
students (created that REU website and helped write the grant renewal with the new PI).
